Clinicpass is a bridge between clinics and pharmaceutical, device & service representatives that are looking to schedule educational events, lunch-n-learns, samples, etc. Clinicpass provides benefits for representatives & clinics. We are working to make this process as streamlined as possible, all at no cost to the clinics.

Efficiency at its best! Easy, customizable web-based access for reps to book appointments based on a clinic's availability and preferences. Clinicpass' scheduling platform saves time for the clinic and rep & increases productivity and communication.

Interactive scheduling

This aspect allows for real-time access to a clinic's scheduling calendar, which shortens the time-consuming scheduling hassles for the clinic schedulers and reps. Credentialing

Clinicpass Verify adds an extra layer of protection and is a safeguard for compliance and transparency. By utilizing this feature, reps must "check off" and upload the necessary documents required by Health Quality Measures. This includes vendor records for OIG checklist, HIPAA training, Product Training, and vaccination checks (COVID, MMR, Chicken Pox, Flu & TB) This is something hospitals have been doing for over a decade and has now trickled down to clinics as well. It's compliance at its finest!

Badging

This includes providing identification of representatives once they have been through the credentialing process. We utilize this process to maintain security, compliance, and transparency between you and the representatives.

Sample Tracking

This portion of Clinicpass is unique because it allows for real-time inventory of clinic samples. Would it be nice to have full access to know when a sample is added & when one is removed? Additionally, tracking is now available on how many samples are on hand & stay up to date with upcoming expiration dates. Reps will be notified when their product/samples are low allowing more efficient scheduling.

Patient discount cards

We care about you & your patients! Clinicpass partners with a non-profit organization, NeedyMeds . . . to add a WOW factor to our service. We now offer the NeedyMeds Patient Discount Cards to help provide discounted or, in some cases, free medication for patients without insurance or patients in the donut hole*! *Most Medicare drug plans have a coverage gap (also called the "donut hole"). This means there's a temporary limit on what the drug plan will cover for drugs. Not everyone will enter the coverage gap. The coverage gap begins after you and your drug plan have spent a certain amount on covered drugs.
