She believes in the value of representatives
With Tracy's background as a medical device and pharmaceutical sales representative, she sees and appreciates the value of reps being in the clinic. Providers are focused on caring for their patients, work long hours, and are juggling many regulation tasks/requirements. Therefore, having representatives in the clinic is an advantage by gaining first-hand, reliable knowledge regarding PI updates, adverse events, new indications and having access to samples when available. Reps can and do play an important role in product education & can be a valuable source in patient care.
She wants to keep representatives in the clinic
Keeping representatives in the clinic is a benefit to both the medical staff and the patients. Regulations and demands continue to change for providers, clinic administrators and staff. Clinicpass aligns with clinics to be an avenue to help increase medical staff and rep efficiency, transparency, and compliance monitoring to provide the safest environment for patients. The value of representatives is great by helping increase product awareness, answering product questions, and providing samples, while also being a direct line for patient assistance programs and introducing new products.
She believes in the ease of working with representatives
Knowing how difficult it is to efficiently schedule representative appointments without clinic disruption, Tracy created Clinicpass to make this process as easy as possible. With her passion stemming from the value of a rep and keeping reps in the clinic, she wanted to create a platform to help ease the time-management and compliance burden from the clinic. This drove her to create a process that benefits both the clinic and representative(s). It is important to Tracy that Clinicpass provides a platform to make it convenient, increase time efficiency and ensures regulations & clinic/facility policies are followed.
This has everyone working toward the same goal . . . an optimal patient focused environment.
